Hello! My name is Mrs. Abreu, and I am a school counselor at RMHS. This will be my second year in this role. What I enjoy most about my job is being able to advocate for students and support them academically, socially and emotionally, and throughout their career development.

I attended Passaic County Community College, where I earned my Associate’s degree in Psychology. I then completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Montclair State University, where I also received my Master’s in School Counseling. My approach as a school counselor is to ensure that my sessions are student-centered, while creating a safe space for students to express their ideas, goals, and aspirations.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and going to the beach.
