ABOUT ME

Hello — I’m Mrs. Miller, High School Health & Physical Education teacher at Ridgefield Memorial High School. I focus on fitness, skill development, character, and health literacy. My goal is to help students discover enjoyable, lifelong physical activity and make informed health choices.

POLICIES — Participation, Safety, Dress

  • Be prepared: Athletic shoes with laces, comfortable clothing. Remove jewelry.

  • Lockers: Secure personal items; school not responsible for unsecured belongings.

  • Hydration: Bring a water bottle.

  • Medical notes: Provide nurse/doctor documentation for restrictions; alternate assignments provided.

  • Technology: Please leave cell phones in the locker rooms!!
