Mrs. Abigail Blust

High School Counselor, Ridgefield Memorial High School

Hello! My name is Mrs. Blust, and I'm delighted to be a counselor at Ridgefield Memorial High School. This will be my second year at RMHS and I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment for my students. I believe all students have the ability to learn, grow, and achieve their fullest potential when provided with the right opportunities.

I earned my B.A. from Regis University in Denver, CO and my M.A. from Seton Hall University. I hold a school counselor certificate. My philosophy of school counseling services involves building relationships with students to support their academic and mental health needs.

Outside of school, I enjoy traveling with my family to various concerts, sporting events and amusement parks. I am passionate about animal rescue--especially when it comes to my beloved adopted dog, Beanzie.
