Meet the Athletic Director/ Assistant Principal

Mr. Joseph Romeo brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Athletic Director/Assistant Principal. Growing up in Lodi, Mr. Romeo developed a strong foundation in sports and education from an early age. After graduating from high school, Mr. Romeo pursued his academic endeavors at William Paterson University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in integrated math and science. This academic journey laid the groundwork for his illustrious career in athletics and education. Mr. Romeo was a high school mathematics teacher. His athletic journey includes coaching football, basketball, and baseball, where he quickly demonstrated his leadership and coaching acumen. He returned to William Paterson University to attain a master’s degree in educational leadership. His commitment to education and athletics is evident in his role as athletic director/assistant principal. Outside of RMHS, Mr. Romeo enjoys family time with his wife and two children.
